This game will not disappoint
In this game, one can either select two players and a court and play a quick tennis match or compete it the more detailed career mode where you start ranked at 200 with little sponsorship money. As you compete in a series of matches you work your way up the ladder hopefully to number one. On the way you earn sponsorships to buy new gear by winning a series of tournaments and completing set goals. The game progresses on a week-by-week basis where you will train, compete, and play in a special non-tournament event every week. Training in this game is the same is it is in most sports video games, a series of mini-games.
This game is not really for beginners as to become a good player when must be familiar with how to play tennis and know what kind of shots work where. This can all be learned through playing this game, but this takes much time. However, the best part of the game is the control over the shots you hit. By pressing different buttons and analog directions, one can hit a slice or a power shot to a specific location to get your player off guard and win the point. The game features four basic types of shots, the regular shot, a slice, a lob to catch your opponents who have approached the net, and the top spin shot. The slice, top spin, and lob shots have an element of risk as they often can result in winning a point or may hit the ball out of play. A regular forehand or backhand shot will never go out of play and should be used until you have caught your opponent off guard and are sure you can beat him. However, you must know what types of shots are effective where in tennis in order to keep the ball in play and hopefully win the point.
The only part of this game that I am not a fan of is the camera angels. They can be strange at times making it hard to get a good view of the ball and your opponent thus making it difficult to beat your opponent at certain times.
Other than the poor camera angels the game is virtually flawless with stunning game play and smooth player movements and game play, the game is great for seasoned tennis players.

This game will not disappoint
Tennis video games have long been known to have incredibly sharp graphics. On that note Top Spin 2 for XBOX 360 does not disappoint with its sharp player models and attire as well s player movement. Like all sports video games on the console the crow is very detailed as all faces are clearly visible. The advertisements and court features also look very life like.
